Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: As a key member of the GD Japan sales team, focusing on consumer electronics and home appliances, formulate and execute business strategies independently, leverage internal and external resources to achieve breakthroughs with key target customers for GigaDevice's major products (Flash memory, 32-bit MCU, power peripherals, etc.), and generate recurring revenues. Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute industry-specific and short/medium-term plans and strategies • Develop and execute key customer strategies • Build and maintain relationships with key customers across multiple levels • Lead design-in/design-win for GD products • Collaborate with GD superiors to manage and expand the distributor channels • Assist market and competitive analysis • Assist marketing and promotion activities
Job Requirements
Key Competencies: • 7+ years of experience in sales/marketing/FAE with electronic device/module makers, with a focus on consumer electronics and home appliance • Global or Japanese semiconductor vendor, distributor experience • Solid customer relationship with leading Japanese consumer electronics/ home appliance brands • Experience with sale leader role in winning complex sales project • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities • Experience working in foreign companies, Chinese technology company experience is a plus • Self-motivator, Self-starter • Consulting and analytical skills
