Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in the management and construction of the local e-commerce operation team in the United States. Realize the sales of the company's brand in Amazon in North America (USA & Canada). Enhance the value of the brand, and realize the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan, profit target, and sales strategy of the product; 2. Have a deep understanding of the outdoor crowd market in North America, and help the Team leader formulate effective short-, medium- and long-term operation strategies; Comprehensively analyze competitors' products and industry conditions, and timely adjust competition strategies and marketing channels; 3. Be responsible for promoting strategic cooperation with the Amazon platform, and obtaining the support of the platform resources for sales operations; 4. Fine data operation, cooperating with the other teams to carry out the daily operation of the Amazon site in North America, the advertisement placement on the site, etc.; 5. Cross-regional resource communication and coordination, realizing resource coupling between domestic companies and overseas subsidiaries, and greatly increasing the market share of products in the North American market.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, strong foreign language reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills. Be able to use English as a daily working language. Experience in studying in Europe and America is preferred; 2. Be familiar with Amazon store operation and Amazon platform rules, and be good at solving various problems in business; 3. More than a year of North American e-commerce sales experience is preferred; 4. Have the ability of data analysis and office software operation. Being good at analyzing market dynamics is preferred; 6.
