Job Responsibilities

To work with leading players in our specialized market by adding value to our client’s business/capital expenditure’s success. • Track the whole recruitment cycle including client interfacing, candidate sourcing, assessment, presenting, offer negotiation, reference check as well as after-care service; • Build up your candidates hotlist by proactively sourcing, candidates attraction, candidates assessment within your specialism; • Generate business leads and transfer leads to actual business; • Network with the target clients/candidates through industry events/company teambuilding/workshop and etc.; • Maintain the relations with key clients by delivering high-quality service;

Job Requirements

If you are someone with the DNAs and experience, - Demonstrated experience in working in a recruitment agency, a consulting company or an in-house HR from our specialized industries. - Successful track record in building and development client relationship in our specialized industries, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharma and Infrastructure. - A self-motivated, result-driven and open-minded individual who are always curious, eager to learn, enjoy dealing with people. - Strong commercial sense; A quick learner; A good team player; - Proficient in both written and oral English; cross culture working/education experience is a plus.
