Job Responsibilities

Manage an IP design team of 5-10 people Be responsible for the daily management of the original IP design team (including IP design, as well as IP-related emoticons, comics, short animations, plot writing, and improving the IP worldview), formulate design process specifications, and coordinate resource allocation and project priorities. Cultivate the creative ability of the team, with priority given to the design direction of global healing IP or abstract IP.

Job Requirements

More than 3 years of IP design experience; More than 3 years of team management experience, having led the entire process of mature IP derivative product development; Possess an international IP commercialization mindset, aiming to create IP that spans age groups, especially IP that can be loved by global users.
