Job Responsibilities
As the Assistant to the General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, assisting in daily tasks and supporting their strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing various tasks to ensure the company's daily operations are efficient and orderly.
Job Requirements
1. Administrative Support: - Assist the General Manager with daily tasks, including scheduling, meeting organization, and document management; - Draft and revise letters, reports, presentations, and other written materials; - Manage the General Manager's emails and communications, screening and coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence. 2. Project Coordination: - Assist the General Manager in advancing projects, tracking project progress to ensure timely completion; - Coordinate cross-departmental communication and collaboration to ensure information flow and resource optimization; - Prepare and submit project reports, providing effective feedback and suggestions. 3. Meetings and Events: - Organize and arrange internal company meetings and events, prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents; - Coordinate external meetings and business negotiations, arrange travel plans and itineraries; - Attend meetings on behalf of the General Manager and follow up on outcomes. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Collect, sort, and analyze company operational data to provide decision support for management; - Compile and submit various management reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness; - Monitor market dynamics, organize, and report industry and competitive information.
