Job Responsibilities

1.Development and planning of international nursery schools and international school study tour projects • Responsible for the development of overseas study tour routes, integrate destination educational resources (such as schools, kindergartens, camps, cultural institutions, etc.), and design study tour programs that meet customer needs. • Develop a travel plan, including course arrangement, cultural experience activities, accommodation and transportation and other details to ensure the safety and educational value of the program. • Participate in market research, analyze the education policies, cultural customs and competitive product dynamics of the target country, and optimize product strategies. 2. Customer Management & Service • Connect with students, parents and partner institutions, provide full consulting services, and answer questions about visa processing and pre-departure preparation. • Maintain customer relationships, regularly follow up with trainee needs, collect feedback and optimize service processes. • Handle emergencies such as itinerary adjustments, emergency medical coordination, etc., to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Marketing & Admissions Support • Plan online and offline promotional activities (e.g. campus information sessions, social media marketing) to enhance brand influence. • Assist the sales team to achieve performance goals, provide professional voice support and customer demand analysis. 4. Cross-team collaboration and execution • Coordinate domestic and foreign ground agencies, tour guides, translators and other resources to ensure the implementation of the project. • Lead a team to participate in overseas study tours, responsible for on-site management, student discipline and activity organization. 5. Assist the principal in the management, personnel support and related operational support of the foreign teacher team on campus.

Job Requirements

1. Education • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Education, Tourism Management, Foreign Language or International Relations is preferred. 2. Work experience • 1-2 years of experience in study tour, study abroad or education industry, familiar with overseas education system and cultural environment. • Independent mentoring or overseas living experience is preferred (e.g. study abroad, job exchange). 3. Core Skills • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent), preferably in a second foreign language (e.g. French, Japanese). • Tool skills: proficient in the use of Office office software, with basic photography and short video editing skills. • Professional competence: familiar with the visa process, exit requirements, cross-cultural communication skills. 4. Comprehensive quality • Strong sense of responsibility, risk prediction and emergency response ability. • Cheerful personality, good at communicating with teenagers and parents, adapting to overseas travel.
