You will possess tertiary qualifications preferably at postgraduate level, in a relevant field such as education, educational administration or a related discipline with proven senior management expertise in an academic environment. You will have a desire to lead and motivate a diverse team of academic professionals. Familiarity with ASQA and TEQSA standards is a must as well as curriculum management and assessment methodologies. You will have an ability to demonstrate an ability to foster a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement. Experience in financial management and budget development, allocation of resources and fiscal responsibility. Ability to optimise resource utlisation to enhance the overall effectiveness of the academic programme. Proven experience in implementing initiatives that enhance the student experience and contribute to student success. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions in complex and dynamic academic settings
A Masters degree or higher in education or a related discipline. Demonstrated knowledge of the Australia education legislative compliance landscape Experience is leading and managing academic teams. Expertise in high level representations and report writing. Understanding of the Chinese education system.
