TOP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Identify, vet, qualify, and pursue key business opportunities and new partnerships within the Affiliate Marketing/ Influencer Marketing industry, and beyond. 2. Establish first contact with leads through cold calling, emailing, and personal networking means to connect with key decision makers for each lead that is assigned to them. 3. Maintain clear and transparent records of conversations, relevant information, contact details, and the lead status. 4. Present and manage proposals and services agreement contracts. 5. Build out client, and internal-facing presentation materials, financial forecasting, and service level proposals. 6. Lead the process of completing RFPs by working with the Head of Account Team to outline the resources needed. 7. Meet virtually with the Head of Account Team weekly to review progress. 8. Achieve assigned sales quota and meet assigned expectations for profitability. 9. Maintain high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
QUALITIES OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: ● At least 2 years of related sales development experience from Digital/Influencer Marketing Agencies or marketing technology platforms, etc. ● Strong affiliate/influencer marketing experience is required ● Extensive experience with brands/merchants marketing department, or all major affiliate networks, have working experience in our competitors or similar industry is a plus ● Expert Negotiator ● Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills ● Self-managing and goal-oriented
