Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in formulating and implementing the company's overall strategy, and assist the chairman in building the company's operating system. (1) Assist the chairman to formulate the company's development strategy and make adjustments according to changes in internal and external environment. (2) Assist the Chairman in establishing the company system and organization to implement the company's overall strategy, explore market opportunities, and lead innovation and change. 2. Formulate and implement the Company's annual business plan. (1) Organize and assist the general manager of each subsidiary to formulate, modify and implement the annual business plan of each subsidiary according to the annual business objectives issued by the board of directors. (2) Supervise and control the implementation process of each subsidiary's business plan, and summarize the implementation of the monthly business plan with the general manager and financial director of each subsidiary by organizing the monthly chairman's office meeting, participating in the monthly business branch meeting of each subsidiary, assisting the general manager of each subsidiary to analyze the existing problems and propose improvement suggestions. (3) Organize the implementation of financial budget plans and fund use plans of each subsidiary; 3. Establish a good communication channel, assist the chairman to build a competitive corporate governance structure, organization and corporate culture. (1) Keep good communication with the Board of Directors, and report to the Board of Directors monthly on the implementation of business strategy and plan, capital utilization, profit and loss, organization and personnel deployment and other major issues. (2) Assist the chairman to create an efficient organization and corporate culture, effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of people, and achieve the coordinated development of the organization and people. (3) Cooperate with functional departments to sort out the company's rules and regulations, internal control system, salary system, performance appraisal plan and major system reform plan, and submit them to the Board of Directors for deliberation and decision. 1.协助制定和实施公司总体战略,协助董事长搭建公司运营体系。 (1).协助董事长制定公司的发展战略,并根据内外部环境变化进行调整。 (2).协助董事长搭建公司体系及组织以实施公司总体战略,发掘市场机会,领导创新与变革。 2.制定和实施公司年度经营计划。 (1).根据董事会下达的年度经营目标组织、协助各子公司总经理制定、修改、实施各子公司年度经营计划。 (2).监督、控制各子公司经营计划的实施过程,并通过组织每月一次的董事长办公会议、参与各子公司的月度经营分行会议,与各子公司总经理及财务总监总结月度经营计划实施情况,协助各子公司总经理分析存在问题并提出改善建议。 (3).组织实施各子公司财务预算方案及资金使用方案; 3.建立良好的沟通渠道,协助董事长打造具有竞争力的公司治理结构、组织及建立企业文化。 (1).负责与董事会保持良好沟通,每月向董事会汇报经营战略和计划执行情况、资金运用情况和盈亏情况、机构和人员调配情况及其他重大事宜。 (2).协助董事长打造高效组织及企业文化,有效地调动人的积极性,实现组织与人的协调发展。 (3).协同职能部门梳理公司规章制度、内控制度、薪酬体系、绩效考核方案及重大制度改革方案,提请董事会审议决定。

Job Requirements
