Job Title: Sales Manager Department: Sales Dept. Direct Reports: CSO Responsibilities: • Achieve sales and revenue targets through identifying opportunities early in the sales cycle to convert customers and penetrate existing customers to maximize sales • Work in collaboration with the overseas sales team to optimize sales opportunities from customer accounts • Develop new sales channels to expand client base • Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and influencers at growth-oriented accounts • Proactively promote SUNMAN products and solutions by utilizing marketing programs and providing relevant product trainings • Maintain EPC & Installer channels • Deepen internal cross-functional team relationships; bring and share with marketing trends and other information when appropriate • Understand customer needs to uncover additional opportunities within accounts across all products and solutions • Ensure adoption of CRM system and data integrity on CRM Please apply with Selina Email: selina.dai@hiredchina.com What's app: +86 19166257961

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements: • College degree or above with a major in Photovoltaics, engineering, business, marketing or related preferred • Familiarity with the PV Industry with relevant sales experience • Strong communication and customer orientation with business management skills • Team player • Strong learning ability and competitive spirit • Willingness to travel for work 25-50% • Working language: English, with strong preference for at least one European language.
