Job Responsibilities

1、Based on the overall objectives of the Procurement Department, allocate resources reasonably to ensure the achievement of departmental goals. 2、Develop, analyze, compare, evaluate, and introduce suppliers for relevant engineering, equipment, and material procurement. Collaborate with the Quality Control and Technical Departments to organize new supplier entry processes, evaluate qualified suppliers, and establish and dynamically maintain a list of qualified suppliers. 3、Conduct market analysis and industry competition landscape research to continuously and dynamically understand market and industry information. Adopt corresponding procurement strategies to control material procurement costs, improve procurement efficiency, and reduce inefficiencies. Additionally, take full responsibility for the import and export customs clearance of equipment, materials, and supplies. 4、Based on the actual situation of both supply and demand parties, conduct business negotiations with qualified suppliers, formulate reasonable payment terms and order proportions, and continuously update them dynamically to ensure ongoing effectiveness based on actual conditions. 5、Be responsible for supplier management archive management, registering product procurement accounts, as well as payment and accounts payable ledgers. 6、Assist in new product development; handle supplier business communication, visits, and relationship maintenance, and assist in inspections to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of supplier information. Collaborate with SQE and Technical Engineering to ensure the advanced and reliable technical quality of products. 7、Conduct research on raw material market trends and timely report on trend analyses to provide a basis for decision-making.

Job Requirements

With working languages of Thai, Chinese, and English: 1、Import and Export Customs Clearance: Familiar with the requirements and operational procedures for import and export customs clearance in Thailand and China. 2、Possess more than 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement and supplier management.
