1. Made development plans, business strategies, market positioning, business guidelines 2. Made a manning and salary budget 3. Build up pre-opening team and service skills and training system 4. Ordered restaurant equipment assets and operating utensils according to the development plan of the Paulaner Bräuhaus 5. Create menus, wine lists, and promotion plans 6. Follow up the construction progress and deep cleaning work during the preparatory period 7. Responsible for daily operation and production management of the brewery
