Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for business expansion in Japan, familiar with the structure of new products, viral products, and tail products in the Japanese market, especially in the fashion industry. To improve user relationships and user stickiness through product precipitation. Monitor and analyze Japanese market operation indicators and analyze the market. Be responsible for the traffic conservation efficiency and commodity trading rules. 2. Pay attention to user feedback, explore pipelines for seller increase, and accomplish the cultivation and incubation of key sellers. Identify customer need based on data to promote the collaboration among horizontal departments such as products, customer service and design. 3. Cooperate with logistics and supply chain departments, integrate resources to optimize online and offline supply chain solutions and improve the supply efficiency and abundance of goods in the Japanese market.
Job Requirements
a. Familiar with the Japanese local market, seller resources and user habits b. Working experience with e-commerce operation, familiar with traffic and conservation logic c. Creative and subjective, able to actively make suggestions and conduct data demonstrations d. Experience in negotiating with suppliers and have business negotiation skills in Japanese e. Familiar with trending culture (Candidates have relationships with Japanese merchants / resources for supply channels are preferred)
