Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support via Microsoft platforms (Teams/SharePoint), ensuring SLA compliance; Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and manage defect tracking in Azure DevOps (ADO); Develop scripts (PowerShell/Python) to automate ticket handling and synchronize ADO workflows; Monitor service health with Azure Monitor/Log Analytics, build dashboards, and maintain runbooks; Deliver user training, documentation, and drive platform improvements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: 3+ years in IT support/SRE with expertise in Microsoft tools and Azure services (Monitor/ADO); Proficient in scripting for automation (e.g., ticket categorization, API integration); Familiar with ITIL processes and REST API tools (Postman/Insomnia); Fluent English for global support, ITIL/Azure certifications preferred.
