Job Responsibilities: ① Urban Diagnosis and Planning: Conduct research on local competing products, provide dealers with full-process marketing assistance and implant new models, and improve the operation and management capabilities of terminal stores as well as boost store performance. ② Personnel Training and Mentoring: Be responsible for organizing and conducting centralized training programs in project cities and giving lectures. Follow up on the closed-loop assessment after the training, establish personnel training files for project cities, and provide long-term solutions for capability improvement. ③ Product Operation Planning: Be responsible for the implementation and supervision of the product display of dealers. According to the product structure planning of the headquarters and combined with the characteristics of the branch market, sort out the product structure of the branch, and visit stores to sort out the product structure. Pay special attention to the display of new products and the handling of slow-moving products. ④ Work related to terminal standardization and support for marketing activities.
Job Requirements
3-5 years of work experience. Under 30 years old. Those with experience in the home furnishings industry, home decoration industry, and daily consumer goods industry will be given priority. Marketing personnel should be cheerful, able to withstand pressure, and flexible. Local Chinese people will be given priority.
