Job Responsibilities
1. Familiar with and manage the order fulfillment process. 2. Coordinate warehouse staff to ensure maximum departmental efficiency. 3. Timely interface and adjust various matters between the warehouse department and other departments. 4. Train and lead warehouse management personnel; supervise employees to ensure the safety of work. 5. Manage and oversee employees' operations in receiving/payment/storage/counting in the warehouse according to company goals and policies, and prevent damage to stored items.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in cross-border e-commerce warehousing and leading a team (not specified number of members). 2. Responsible, patient, clear-thinking, flexible, and with a certain level of stress resistance. 3. Age not exceeding 45. 4. At least 5 years of work experience in the field. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and familiar with WMS system. 6. Good leadership and personnel management skills, with planning ability, time management, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, motivation, and team spirit. Decisive in decision-making and problem resolution. 7. Good Thai language communication skills.
