Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales strategies for the Saudi Arabian market to achieve sales targets and growth plans. 2. Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed sales goals. 3. Manage key client relationships and maintain strong partnerships with major clients. 4. Analyze market trends and competitors, providing market feedback and strategic recommendations. 5. Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with a degree in Business Administration or International Trade in a related field. 2. At least 3 years of sales management experience in the logistics or related industry, with preference given to those with experience in international logistics. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members. 4. In-depth understanding of the logistics market and international trade, with strong business insight and analytical skills. 5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
