Job Responsibilities

1. Manage third-party overseas warehouses in the US and Canada, ensuring precise service timeliness and cost. 2. Solve order shipping issues for customers on independent sites, Amazon, and other platforms, becoming a "problem-solving master." 3. Oversee shipments from overseas warehouses to FBA and retail stores, ensuring smooth operations. 4. Collaborate with the IT department to optimize warehouse management systems and improve work efficiency. 5. Monitor data consistency, handle lost items and damages, and act as a "data guardian." 6. Strictly control warehousing and logistics costs, providing rationalization suggestions. 7. Manage inventory turnover, promptly alerting on stagnant stock and driving clearance efforts. 8. Work with domestic teams to introduce quality logistics resources, creating a seamless supply chain. 9. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors, showcasing versatility.
