Job Responsibilities

1) Supplier Management: Develop new suppliers based on business needs, expand cooperation resources to meet diverse customer requirements. Conduct market research to screen high-quality suppliers, evaluate their production capacity, quality systems, and compliance, and establish a supplier database. Maintain supplier relationships regularly, optimize the supply chain system, and ensure supply stability and cost competitiveness. 2) New Material Development: Lead material innovation and development by combining market trends and customer needs. Track fashion trends, analyze popular elements, and proactively propose new material solutions that align with market trends. Oversee the entire process from sample development to mass production, including material testing, cost accounting, and process optimization. Provide brand clients with new material sample catalogs regularly, assist in sample selection, and promote commercialization. Requires keen market insight, innovative thinking, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
