Job Responsibilities

1. Independently responsible for expanding overseas business (South American countries) and forming the international business team. 2. Regularly report work and market analysis of overseas expansion to the Shanghai strategic center and group leaders. 3. Prepare and plan for participation in major international water exhibitions, and communicate with general contractors regarding seawater desalination projects to explore subcontracting opportunities. 4. Track and maintain overseas projects in company operations, including but not limited to document translation and responses, coordination, and follow-up, including site visits if needed. 5. As a team, visit overseas clients listed in the company's CRM and update new phase information. 6. Responsible for market planning and development proposals and content for the company’s international business.

Job Requirements

1. Over 8 years of experience in overseas business negotiations, with specific overseas client resources preferred. 2. Familiarity with business contract terms and the full project execution process is preferred. 3. Willingness to undertake long-term or medium-term domestic and international business trips. 4. Strong resilience to pressure and a high level of independence. 5. Proficiency in Spanish (DELE-C1 or above), with experience working in Spanish-speaking countries and communicating with non-Chinese speakers in Spanish. Familiarity with regional Spanish dialects is a plus. 6. Team management skills and the ability to independently handle business communication and operations for projects.
