Develop effective sales strategies and marketing plans, enhance brand perception, and lead the team to achieve sales targets. 6. Engage in product improvement and new product introduction strategy to enhance product competitive edge. 7.Responsible for the establishment and management of the European team. "

Job Requirements

Job requirements: 1. Extensive customer relationships in the regional markets with a certain market influence. 2. Full-time bachelor degree or above both at home or abroad,5 years or above sales or solution working experience in PV industry. 3. Have a good command of English which can be used as working language, minority foreign language is preferable . 4. Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills. 5. Ability to adapt cross-cultural working environment. Expertise requirements: 1.Knowledge of inverter products and solutions. 2.Revelant knowledge of PV power plant, data center, site energy construction, project management and operation. 3.Relevant knowledge of inverter, data center, site energy customer direct marketing, channel management.
