Job Responsibilities
Provide Basic Functional Services and Ensure Compliant Operations Formulate local policies under the guidance of the parent company's overall policies, and provide basic functional services including legal regulations, human resources, administrative general affairs, IT support, and finance to ensure smooth company operations. Conduct Market Research and Provide Decision-making Support Implement local brand promotion and marketing activities based on the company's overall strategy. Carry out target market research and analysis, monitor local market trends, technical information, and competitor dynamics, and gather product definition, pricing references, market risk information, etc., to support the parent company's decision-making. Manage Key Accounts and Ensure Customer Satisfaction Assist the parent company in local customer classification analysis, customer relationship maintenance, customer issue escalation management, customer satisfaction management, and technical support docking. Support New Business Development and Facilitate Partnerships Assist in exploring new business opportunities with existing customers, cooperation opportunities with new clients, and potential partners. Proactively coordinate and mobilize resources from various business units to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time university; proficient in English (capable of residing in Germany for at least 5 years). Over 10 years of work experience, including more than 3 years of R&D background; frequent docking experience with Tier 1 clients. Team management capabilities and mastery of basic company operation skills.
