Job Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support & Schedule Management Manage the President’s daily itinerary, meeting coordination, and travel plans (covering China and Europe) to ensure efficient time management. Prepare for senior-level meetings (including cross-border telephone/video conferences), draft meeting minutes in Chinese, English, and French, and follow up on action items. Handle the President’s correspondence, documents, and translations (including commercial contracts, reports, and other professional materials). 2. Business Coordination & International Operations Support Accompany the President to participate in business negotiations, client visits, and strategic cooperation talks with the French parent company and partners across European countries, providing simultaneous language translation and cultural coordination. Assist in drafting and reviewing cross-border cooperation documents to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and cultural practices. Monitor European market trends, compile industry reports and competitor analyses, and provide data support for strategic decision-making. 3. Cross-Cultural Project Management Coordinate collaboration between Chinese and European teams, drive key projects to implementation, supervise progress, and provide regular reports. Resolve conflicts in cross-time zone and cross-cultural communication to ensure accurate and efficient information transmission.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above preferred; majors in English, French, international business, or management preferred. Holders of DELF/DALF (French) or IELTS/TOEFL (English) certificates are preferred. Over 3 years of experience as an executive assistant in multinational corporations or in international business coordination, with a European work or long-term project background. Familiar with business environments in China and Europe, and with a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication (e.g., business etiquette, negotiation style differences). Fluent in English and French, capable of independently chairing bilingual meetings and drafting business documents. Possessing business negotiation-level interpreting skills, with familiarity with terminology in finance, technology, or manufacturing preferred. Willing to accept international business trips.
