Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct data entries and maintain accurate records of financial transactions. 2.Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, general ledger postings and statements. 3.Assist with account analysis and reconciliations. 4. Support budgeting and financial reporting activities. 5. Set up QuickBooks from scratch, work with HQ for monthly closing 6. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. 7. Document filing and scanning. 8. Communicate daily with sales, logistics, and customers to resolve issues. 9. Maintain all files and records and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and SOPs. 10. Job Requirements
1. A Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 2. Ability to communicate bilingual in English and Chinese required 3. Knowledge of Canada and United States’ tax systems preferred 4. At least 5 years work experience accounting or similar roll - Proficient with QuickBooks Online 5. Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook required 6. Exposure to Monday.com, SAP or equivalent is a plus 7. Based in Greater Toronto Area 8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 9. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills required 10. Individual contributor and great team player
