Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals. Analyze users, social channels, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities. 2. Content Creation: Come up with social content plan of engaging, high-quality content for all social media platforms. Ensure content is consistent with the branded voice and messaging. 3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns (includig social UGC campaigns), monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. 4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Report on performance and provide insights to the marketing team and executive leadership.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years + experience in overseas social media management; Deep understanding of social channels and social users; Creative and innovative mindset; passion for social media and always agile on social trends; Strong strategic, data analytic skills; ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights. Strong ownership and organizational skills; Fluent English, native speaker preferred.
