Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for arranging the president's daily schedule; 2. Assist in organizing various meetings convened by the president's office, take meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions; 3. Assist in overseas business negotiations and provide on-the-spot translation; 4. Complete various tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years of work experience, English can be used as a working language, and outstanding fresh graduates are accepted. 2. Strong expressive ability, quick thinking, clever and meticulous, organized, and affable; 3. Good at external communication and reception of important guests, knowledgeable in basic business etiquette, with dignified behavior and graceful demeanor.
