Job Responsibilities

● Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them. Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the aftersales department. ● Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop and dealers ● Establishes pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty. ● Establishes individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover. Ensures that parts inventory turns (established #) times per year. Monitors and adjusts inventory to minimize obsolescence. ● Develops and utilizes a lost sales tracking report. ● Handles customer complaints immediately and according to the brand’s guidelines. ● Management of all payment from and to EU subsidiary

Job Requirements

● Fluent in English. Additional language could be a plus ● Knowledge and ability of parts pricing procedures ● Ability to use computers and computer capabilities for inventory, record keeping, parts information etc ● Knowledge around new models, and inventory reports ● Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices. ● Proved experience of 5 – 10 years in part management job
