1. Responsible for training of products, installation and implementation, after-sales problem solving and other related functions. 2. Maintain customer relationships; provide technical support, including remote guidance, on-site solution of after-sales problems and needs, to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Continuously follow up the use of products to improve customers' product usage. 4. Provide technical support for the promotion of new products. For example, demonstrate new product functions, build demonstration platform, assist sales engineers to carry out technical communication with customers. 5. Responsible for the output of technical documents, including configuration scheme, implementation scheme, trouble-shooting manual, etc. 6. Continuously follow up the quality performance of products and put forward suggestions for technical improvements.
1. Technical knowledge in Solar Systems / Electrical Engineer is preferred 2. Knowledge in Power Electronics and EPC business is preferred 3. No outside city restriction 4. Eligible for driving car B 5. English mandatory / English and Chinese knowledge is preferred 6. ITU , ODTU , Yıldız Universities are preferred 7. MS Office knowledge mandatory 8. Technical background, university major or technical support/R&D experience (required). 9. Experience: 3-5 years preferred. 10. Experience in Renewable energy, power electrics and other industries. 11. Background in technical service companies, PV manufacturers, EPC. 12. Proficiency in Chinese and Turkish is preferred.
