1. Responsible for managing the company's projects in Central Asia and Russia, including project initiation, progress control, cost management, etc. 2. Gain in-depth understanding of the local market, effectively communicate with local clients, and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. 3. Assemble cross-national project teams, coordinate team members' work, and ensure timely and high-quality project completion. 4. Prepare English and Chinese project reports, and regularly update senior management on project progress. 5. Establish and improve project management systems and processes to enhance project management capabilities. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in project management, international trade, or related fields. 2. 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years working in Central Asia/Russia. 3. Proficient in both Chinese and English, familiar with the local culture and business practices in Central Asia and Russia. 4. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and execution. 5. Well-versed in project management theories and methods, with successful experience in implementing large-scale projects.
