Job Responsibilities
1. As a Country Manager, responsible for the development and expansion of the INIU market in the EMEA region. Develop and execute market expansion strategies and distribution channel plans for the responsible region according to the company's overall plan. Achieve sales targets, continually increase INIU's market share and influence in the local market, and be responsible for the overall sales results and P&L of the regional market. 2. Gain deep insights into the market situation and industry trends of 3C electronics and charging categories in the target market. Identify market opportunities and demands keenly, develop retail customers at various levels, and establish a comprehensive channel system covering the entire country, including wholesalers and retailers. 3. Lead offline channel bidding and negotiate contracts with key clients to ensure rapid inclusion of the INIU brand in local channels (sell-in). Regularly visit channel customers, maintain customer relationships, implement channel incentives, manage retailing and brand exposure within the channels, ensure efficient sell-out of INIU products in channels, promptly resolve various channel issues, ensure channel stability, and drive sustainable growth of INIU in target regions. 4. Develop brand and marketing strategies for the target region. Enhance brand awareness and user stickiness through marketing promotions and PR activities. Collaborate with headquarters and regional brand departments to increase brand exposure, differentiate through innovation, and drive high conversion from consumer awareness to purchase. 5. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that local market products and services meet customer needs. Collaborate with delivery, after-sales, and operations departments to comprehensively manage the target market.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or GTM (Go-To-Market) roles in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector of 3C electronics, mobile phones and IoT, or ecosystem product fields. Familiar with the business environment and culture of the target market, with mature channel and distributor resources. 2. Strong market analysis and strategic planning abilities. Ability to accurately assess market demands and trends, and develop corresponding market, product, and brand strategies. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers from different backgrounds and cultures. Proven track record of successfully entering major offline channels. 4. Ability to integrate and coordinate across teams and external resources. Proficient in English, fluent in the local language of the target market (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, etc.). 5. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities, as well as strong resilience and ability to drive progress rapidly under pressure. Able to adapt flexibly to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Experience in building from scratch is preferred. 6. Experience in team leadership with a managerial perspective.
