Employer Description: This is an education consulting company headquartered in Shenzhen, China, with offices in Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Boston, providing college admission consulting and strategic services for high school students seeking the best admission scores to American universities. Education consultants will be responsible for researching and understanding college admissions, and most importantly, guiding students through the application process. We also provide extracurricular activity plans and academic advisory services for young students who are not yet ready to apply for college. Our consultants work hard to understand each student and help them showcase their talents and potential. Evaluating potential majors, selecting ideal universities, helping students craft and refine admission essays, and helping students develop into "well-rounded individuals" are all part of our process. Job Description: 1. Every year, take a fixed number of students and help them complete the process of applying for American universities. 2. Work with American consultants to develop study abroad plans for students and provide real-time feedback to parents. 3. Participate in company's promotional activities and provide support on stage when needed. Can also give speeches. 4. Conduct research on American university admissions requirements and work closely with students to help them successfully complete the application process. 5. Provide extracurricular activity planning and academic ability guidance services to students who are not adequately prepared for the application process. 6. Need to understand each student's characteristics as much as possible and help them maximize their talents and potential. 7. Help students discover potential majors, choose ideal universities, guide students in building their application framework, and expand the content of their application materials to fully leverage their personal developmental abilities. Benefits 1. Basic salary of 22K (or above, based on experience) + commission + bonus - monthly salary exceeding 30K, even much more. 2. Medical benefits, company travel and team building. 3. Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from a top 30 ranked university in the US. 2. Knowledge of research techniques for individuals and organizations. 3. Strong abilities in investigation, analysis, writing, and computer skills. 4. Strong interpersonal communication skills. 5. Candidates with experience in the education field are preferred. 6. Candidates with extensive experience in the US college application field are preferred.
