Job Responsibilities
1.Maintain and improve existing customer relationships, keep timely and good daily communication with customers through email, WeChat, telephone, online conference, and other channels; 2.Collect and sort out the information of potential customers, analyze the characteristics and needs of customers, establish contact with customers through professional business knowledge; 3.Provide professional advice to customers and their own development goals, and provide reasonable solutions based on the company's products and services; 4.Follow up the whole process of the company's projects/services used and carried out by customers, timely understand the dynamics of customers, answer their questions, solve their problems, and ensure the success of customers and the satisfaction of the company's services.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor degree or above, plus for excellent English skills; 2.Good at communication, mature, willing to maintain customer relations, willing to communicate with teachers, parents, students, etc.; 3.Good at learning, willing to acquire new work skills, advocate to rely on professional knowledge and ability to serve customers, customer achievement; 4.Have the initiative to find and solve problems consciousness, not afraid of the complexity of work; 5.Have relevant experience in the education industry (no limitation on the subdivision of education field), and have a passion to devote to education industry; 6.With less than 6 years of working experience, I am now serving in a primary service position in the education industry (non-management position, non-royalty oriented sales position), with potential and willingness to seek career breakthrough and long-term stable development;
