Job Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new key account customers. · Handle existing accounts. · Negotiate price and contract agreements. · Follow up the performance of the service and orders to make sure customers are satisfied and their demands fulfilled. · Work hand by hand with our team of engineers and our management to provide customers with valuable solutions for their business. · Report to your international project manager to define the sales strategy and coordinate the objectives with him/her. · Travelling on a regular basis national. · Work autonomously with support from the Spanish headquarters. · Reach and exceed revenue targets. · Take part in industrial fairs. · Keep the headquarters up to date regarding the market and technical developments in the industry. · Be in charge of our subsidiary in China and lead the team. · Focus 80% of your time to boost sales and 20% to run the Chinese subsidiary.

Job Requirements

· For this position, Sales Manager may live in any region in China. Experience in Personal Protective Equipment sales and in acquisition of new customers. · Sales skills. · Leading and business management skills to build up the company’s turnover and organizational structure. · Ability to work with partners at both shop and C levels. · Good understanding of health and safety regulations. · Ability to learn technical aspects fast and explain technical context to different level at customers. · Sound understanding of the supply chain and process management. · Self-sufficient. · Availability to travel in China to develop new accounts. · Willing to work with other cultures. . Languages: Chinese and Spanish.
