Job Responsibilities

Production Management: Familiar with production processes, capable of assisting the Chairman in managing the company's and factory's production activities, including formulating production plans, monitoring production progress, and quality control. Supervision Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the company and factory to ensure all tasks are carried out in compliance with regulations. Regularly inspect the factory and production sites, and propose improvement suggestions.

Job Requirements

Business Trip Requirements: Able to accept frequent business trips, including traveling to different regions and countries to handle business affairs. Other Skills and Qualities: Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork spirit. Certain understanding of the industry, with the ability to quickly adapt to corporate culture and work environment. No criminal record.
