Job Responsibilities
Develop and connect with Malaysian suppliers based on the company's strategic requirements and annual business plans, respond to customer inquiries, receive clients, ensure quality control, and facilitate smooth order delivery to achieve the company's strategic goals. Manage the team at the Malaysian office. Resolve project bottlenecks and issues.
Job Requirements
College degree or above; fluent in English (spoken and written) as the working language. At least 5 years of experience in procurement management or overall coordination of branch offices; familiarity with production technology and processing techniques for precision hardware structural components; engineering technical background is preferred. Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, proven team management experience, and expertise in KPI evaluation. High stress tolerance and resilience. Clear thinking, ability to formulate clear goal plans, and expertise in decomposing goals and driving implementation. Willingness and ability to work overseas on a long-term basis.
