Job Responsibilities
Accompany the General Manager throughout visits to the Saudi factory, including itinerary planning, arranging business activities, and providing document support. Oversee personnel recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for the Saudi factory, and handle employee relations and file management. Coordinate administrative affairs of the factory, covering office premises, equipment, logistics support, and maintenance of external relationships. Develop and implement human resources and administrative management systems, and organize meetings and events.
Job Requirements
Age within 45 years old. Proficient in English or Arabic, capable of handling business communication and document translation. At least 5 years of experience in human resources and administration; overseas work experience or familiarity with Saudi regulations is preferred. Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong organizational and management abilities, ability to adapt to high-intensity business trips, and a high sense of confidentiality.
