Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth research on the High-tech, Manufacturing, Digital Economy etc.industry independently or together with the team, judge the global industry trend, develop project resources and find suitable targets; 2. Evaluate potential investment opportunities with the team and focus on high-quality projects in the growth and maturity stages of industry; 3. Manage and complete the whole process of project investment, including project startup, due diligence, investment framework construction, condition negotiation, signing and delivery and payment; 4. Conduct post investment management according to the company's strategic needs; 5. Design and implement the best exit plan according to the company's strategic needs; 6. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is preferred; 2. More than 10 years working experience in High-tech, Manufacturing, Digital Economy senior executive or investment experience; 3. Good communication and negotiation skills, have rich network resources and strong business sensitivity and the ability to implement investment or set up a USD fund plans in a short time; 4. Have entrepreneur spirits, always forge ahead, work hard, face challenges and push the work;
