Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the local finance team and complete relevant accounting tasks. 2. Adhere strictly to the group’s fund management requirements and payment regulations to ensure fund security. 3. Establish and improve the internal control system of the local company. 4. Prepare and provide financial reports and fund budgets on time as required by the group’s finance department. 5. Understand local tax policies and ensure compliance with local regulations, providing tax planning and strategy recommendations. 6. Improve and perfect the financial structure of the local company and build a talent pipeline. 7. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis reports as required by headquarters. 8. Complete the local company’s budget according to the group’s budget requirements and assist the local general manager in achieving budget targets for costs and expenses. 9. Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
1. Over 8 years of financial work experience, with at least 5 years in manufacturing companies and 3 years in financial management. 2. Must have at least 3 years of hands-on cost accounting experience. 3. Experience with ERP systems required; experience with SAP is a plus. 4. Overseas work experience is a plus. 5. English proficiency for work-related communication.
