Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operation and customer service of sea cargo exported from Thailand, including booking space, release space, trailer customs declaration, documents, bills, delivery, document sorting and other matters; 2. Follow up the customer's daily business communication and customer maintenance work , handle customer complaints and opinions in a timely manner, deal with problems and emergencies in various links, and ensure that there are no major accidents in the work of the department. Enhance customer satisfaction; 2. Improve the construction of the operation customer service team, be responsible for the training, guidance, assessment, motivation and management of new employees, and effectively collaborate. 3. Responsible for internal and external cross-department coordination and communication (including domestic departments) monthly billing.

College degree or above, more than three years of shipping operation experience; 2. Understand the node control of the whole process of sea and air import and export operations in the international freight forwarding industry, and be familiar with customs declaration business, and the operation requirements of terminals, ship owners, and towing companies: experience in major customer service or team management experience is preferred; 3. Local Thais, familiar with Thailand’s import and export operations business processes
