Job Responsibilities: 1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. 2.Identify new business opportunities and potential markets in the paper industry, and develop strategies to penetrate these markets effectively. 3.Nurture and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is consistently high. 4.Conduct market and competitive analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends and customer insights, and making recommendations to improve sales strategies. 5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer experience. 6.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to customers. 7.Monitor and analyze sales data, generate reports, and provide accurate forecasts to senior management.
Requirements: 1.A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred. 2.Minimum of 3 years of sales experience working with clients in the paper industry, such as paper mills, printing companies, and packaging factories. 3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels. 4. Familiarity with the paper supply chain industry, including knowledge of relevant products and market trends. 5. Proficiency in spoken and written English. Mandarin will be a plus.
