Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the expansion R&D design, optimization iteration, and design delivery of warehousing logistics products/equipment (e.g., stacker cranes). 2. Responsible for the optimization iteration and design delivery of aviation cargo terminal equipment (e.g., ETVs, storage lifting platforms). 3. Responsible for producing mechanical engineering drawings and procurement BOM (Bill of Materials). 4. Organize and track functional and reliability testing for expanded R&D products. 5. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures, provide timely repair guidance, and ensure equipment operational stability. 6. Develop equipment operation and maintenance manuals, and compile user documentation. 7. Conduct market research on competitors' similar products, perform technical analysis, and summarize findings.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation or a related field; 2.Minimum 5 years of experience in designing non-standard automated equipment or lifting/material handling equipment, capable of independently completing full-machine design; experience in automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) design is preferred; 3.Proficient in SolidWorks/NX and CAD design software; familiar with OA systems and PLM software for daily operations; 4.Knowledgeable in automation component selection (e.g., motors, lead screws, linear guides) and applications, with expertise in common material processing and treatment techniques; 5.Strong skills in tolerance analysis and mechanical fundamentals; proficiency in CAE tools is a plus; 6.Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues in mechanical design, manufacturing, and process engineering; 7.Proficient in spoken English for communication and translation tasks; 8.Flexible thinking, innovative mindset, strong communication skills, hard-working attitude, teamwork-oriented, highly dedicated, proactive, and professional work ethic.
