Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: • Be responsible for the daily inspection and routine maintenance of the store's computers, networks, surveillance systems, and server equipment. • Ensure the stability and availability of the network in the company's business premises. • Be responsible for the daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and rapid repair of the audio-visual systems such as audio equipment, lighting systems, and display devices in KTV private rooms. • Maintain the stable operation of information systems such as the KTV song-requesting system, member management system, and cash register system, and promptly handle system failures and data anomalies. • Be responsible for the backup, restoration, and security management of system data, ensuring the integrity and security of system data, and preventing data leakage and loss. - Regularly conduct performance tests and optimize the audio - visual equipment. Adjust equipment parameters according to the actual situation to improve equipment performance and stability. - Participate in the selection, procurement, installation and commissioning of new audio - visual equipment to ensure that the new equipment can be smoothly put into use and is compatible with the existing system. 2. Information System Maintenance and Management - Maintain the stable operation of KTV information systems such as the song - ordering system, member management system and cashier system. Deal with system failures and data anomalies in a timely manner. - Be responsible for the backup, recovery and security management of system data to ensure the integrity and security of system data, and prevent data leakage and loss. - Assist the development team in system function upgrades and optimizations. Collect user feedback and put forward reasonable improvement suggestions to enhance the usability and functionality of the system.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements Educational Background • Relevant majors such as Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc. Work Experience • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the information field, or fresh graduates will be given priority. Language Proficiency • Have good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English or Chinese. Be able to communicate effectively with foreign colleagues and customers. Other Requirements • Have strong learning ability and problem-solving ability, and be able to quickly adapt to new technologies and the working environment. • Be serious and responsible in work, have a good team spirit and service awareness, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure. • Those holding relevant technical certification certificates in Singapore will be given priority consideration.
