Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship between the company and relevant departments of the local government; 2. Assisted the general manager of the branch company in project development, land acquisition, market research and other work; 3. Participate in the contract negotiation and contract review with the owner; 4. Responsible for other daily work of the branch, reception of office customers, business connection, etc.; 5. Assisted the general manager to complete various management work of the branch; 6. Completed other tasks assigned by leaders.
Job Requirements
1. Graduated from a major in English, fluent in oral English, with no barriers in communication; 2. Proficient in Word, Excel, PPT and other Office software and Office equipment; 3. Be good at communicating with others, have good sense of responsibility and learning ability, bear hardships and stand hard work, can work under pressure and cope with various business occasions; 4. Good systematic analysis ability, logical thinking ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability, grasp the basic business etiquette; 5. Strong negotiation skills, writing and language expression skills.
