Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure that EN+ products quickly follow up with market and regulatory changes (docking with European industry associations to gain insight into the needs of industry standards, such as: Charin, PENFAULT, cyber security and other fields); 2. Shorten the gap with local competitors and improve product competitiveness (as an expert in the field of EV charging, collect market demand, competitive product information, quickly respond to changes, and maintain close communication with installers); 3. Summarize and sort out customer needs, and lead the definition of European complete machine products (hardware + software); 4. Connect with key customers, guide and manage customer needs, promote and implement the company's product platform strategy;

Job Requirements

1. Experience in studying abroad in science and engineering, well-known European universities, more than 3 years of experience as a product manager of intelligent hardware; 2. Love product management, be good at grasping the development trend of products, and be able to actively guide customer needs; 3. Strong sense of purpose, good at communicating with others, strong ability to organize words; 4. Strong sense of service, fast customer response, English can be used as a working language; 5. Have the courage to make decisions, development experience or IPD project management experience is preferred; 6. Have passion and have a certain degree of leadership;
