Job Responsibilities

Responsibility: 1. In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of the company, be fully responsible for the establishment of the Vietnamese company; Develop sales strategies and plans to ensure that sales objectives are achieved. Manage the sales team, including recruiting, training and motivating sales staff. 3. Oversee the implementation of sales activities to ensure the smooth running of the sales process. 4. Work with internal teams to coordinate marketing activities and provide sales support. 5. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, understand customer needs and provide solutions. 6. Analyze market trends and competitors, provide market intelligence and sales forecasts. 7. Regularly report sales performance and market trends to senior management. Job Requirements

Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, Business Management or related field is preferred. 2. *Experience in audio sales management, able to effectively manage sales team and achieve sales targets. 3. Good communication and negotiation skills, able to establish and maintain good relationships with customers. 4. Ability of market analysis and sales forecast, able to make effective sales strategy. 5. Team player and able to work closely with. 6.* Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese.
