Job Responsibilities

Ability to understand the renderings or sketches provided by designers, modify the modeling with the guidance of designers; 能理解设计师提供的效果图或者是草图，在设计师指导下能对造型型面进行修改; Ability to understand the use of relevant clay tools and properties of material, familiar with the process of clay model making very well; 懂得相关油泥工具的使用和材料的性能，了解油泥模型制作的流程; Proficient in model making, good at using tools and materials to improve the quality of clay models; 精通模型制作，擅于利用工具材料，提高油泥模型质量; Assist in organizing the professional construction of the team and improving the professional level of the team. 协助组织团队的专业化建设，提高团队专业水平。

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above; 本科及以上学历; At least 8 years working experience in automobile clay model; 8年以上汽车油泥模型工作经验; Familiar with the process of modeling development, ability to control the progress of projects; 熟悉造型研发流程，对项目进度有掌控力; Enthusiasm for model making, a sagacious perception of Clay Model and efficient execution of plan; 对模型制作充满热忱，有敏锐的造形表达能力及高效的执行力; Positive, responsible, and have strong ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and spirit of team work. 积极进取有责任感，抗压能力强，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。
