Job Responsibilities
1,Operational Leadership: Oversee daily operations across manufacturing and marketing departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficiency targets. 2,Cost Control: Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies in manufacturing and marketing, identifying areas of waste and inefficiency to optimize resource utilization. 3,Process Optimization: Introduce lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. 4,Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to align operational strategies with overall business goals. 5, Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed. 6,Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. 7,Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
Job Requirements
1,Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2,Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management within the RV, automotive industries, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. 3,Proven track record in cost control, process optimization, and efficiency improvement. 4,Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. 5,Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change. 6,Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7,Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are highly desirable. 8,Willingness to travel between China and Australia as required.
