Job Responsibilities

➢ Design and follow complete teaching plan ➢ Organize learning material and resources ➢ Use a variety of activities and different teaching methods (songs, stories, art, outdoor activities etc.) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities ➢ Maintain an open line of communication with lead teacher to reach academic goals ➢ Create positive and appropriate classroom environment ➢ Provide constructive feedback to lead teacher and administration ➢ Cooperate with administration staff ➢ Follow and comply with teaching standards and safety regulations

Job Requirements

1. Make sure you are staying in China right now, the flight reimbursement is available Once both party signed offer letter; 2. School can accept non-native teacher as long as u love kids teaching; 3. The kindergarten has three city option, Beijing ( Yaojiayuan campus, Shuangjing campus and Tongzhou campus); Dalian city and ShenYang city. REGULATIONS ➢ Cooperate with lead teacher, follow teaching guidelines ➢ Attend class meetings weekly ➢ Attend staff meetings, trainings, events ➢ Use mobile phone in classroom only for taking pictures of students with lead teacher permission ➢ Wear uniform provided by school every day (dark blue/black pants/jeans; black indoor shoes) ➢ Submit and authorize absence form by lead teacher at least 2 days in advance; reason of absence must be stated in Chinese; hand in submitted and signed form to the front desk administrator ➢ Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:20 AM to 5:00 PM; OTHERS Teachers will be appointed to branch campus according to the personal abilities.
