Job Responsibilities

• Active sourcing for healthcare/ nursing applicants across China with applicants’ market mapping, including conducting preliminary telephone interviews. • Brief candidates about the job opportunities and provide professional consultation individually. • Preparing candidates for interviews with Clients and provide feedback post interview. • Preparation of applicants’ documents and organising interviews with clients. • Become an expert in nursing recruitment using our CARE methodology ™ which includes project planning and sourcing, offer management and pipeline building. • Utilize various tools to gain the best exposure for the client’s open position, create and maintain a talent bank, shortlist and recruit the most suitable talent for our healthcare clients. • Help to create a high-performance culture. • Strong data-driven mentality, multi-tasking and time management, ability to use technology and solid aptitude for learning are critical to this role. • This role is based in Chongqing, China.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience. • Positive, have a “can-do” mentality, productive and professional. • Resourceful and ability to work independently. • Degree and above. • Ready to contribute to the future of healthcare. • Available to travel, may include up to 30% of the time.
