Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for recruitment and team building of overseas companies: Responsible for the formulation and improvement of personnel and administrative systems, and supervise the implementation; 3. Handled basic administrative affairs of the company, including but not limited to customer reception, customer service call acceptance, office supplies management, etc.; 4. Responsible for some financial cashier work, such as collecting all kinds of sales data and connecting with overseas tax agents or domestic financial managers about various expenses 5. Handle the entry, transfer, transfer, departure and expense reimbursement of all kinds of employees; 6. Other temporary matters assigned by the German General manager. Working Authority: 1. Job Requirements

1. Familiar with local labor law and relevant laws and regulations. 2. Familiar with recruitment channels and tools, efficient recruitment: 3. Docking with domestic HR and formulating HR system and process based on local conditions: 4. Proficient in basic office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. 5.
